asked on

emails we sent are returning as rejected emails

Hello Experts!!!

For some reason almost all emails sent are been returned with the following message:

The message cannot be delivered due to a configuration error on the server. Please contact your Administrator.

            <EXCHANGE_SRV_ANME3.0 smtp;553 5.3.0 nlpi147 - o5BJUeMu024638, DNSBL:ATTRBL 521< 9X.13X.24X.3X >_is_blocked.__For_information_see_http://att.net/blocks>

and also other emails are coming with the message:
Mail rejected by windows live hotmail for policy reasons. reason for rejection may be related with spam-like characteristics or IP/domain reputaions problems....

I don't know what could be wrong??? or is because emails sent are contained virus?

Your help is really appreciated!!

this simply means that your ip 9X.13X.24X.3X  is on a DNS-Blacklist and the receipients check theese dns-server-blacklists for your ip.
Normally only ip's get on those lists, when sending out spam.

So pls check on their website.

but, why suddenly got blacklisted?

ARPI
as i told: when sending out spam you'll fast get listed on such DNSBL-services.
So check the blacklist, WHY the listed you and check if e.g. you got hacked and your server(s) be abused by spammers...
