Multiple logons per account on Exchange 2003 mailstore

I have a user that shows up in the Information store logons NUMEROUS times and even gets and error stating he has too many logins to his mailbox. Any idea why this is happening?

Are you using ESET NOD 32 by any chance?

If so, please uninstall it from the users computer and then re-install it.
If the user's workstation is configured for RPC/HTTP, you could see multiple connection threads to sync, etc.  You may also notice connections for mobile devices or outlook web access or maybe the user's workstation has a virus or other malware.

ASKER

We use Trend Officescan, and are NOT using RPC over HTTP.

Is that run on the servert or on client machines?
Ah yes - good question.
It is a server-side command.
