"Generic Mount Point Device" showing yellow exclamation point, can it be harmlessly removed?

Hi All,

We have an issue with Noron Ghost 15 on Windows 7.  It runs fine (or it seems to), except that we noticed today in Device Manager there is a "Generic Mount Point Device" showing a yellow exclamation point.  Updating the driver does nothing.  However, if you click "show hidden devices" it shows there is another one that does not have a yellow exclamation point.  This one appears to use the same driver, etc.

Anyone know why there would be two and if the one showing the yellow exclamation point can be harmlessly removed?

thanks!

Thanks.  Was able to uninstall it safely as there was an identical entry that had no yellow exclamation point.  Thanks though, will be useful for the future!
