SNMP on Server 2008

I have set up SNMP on a Server 20087 23bit box but its now allowing my SolarWinds box to see it.    I can ping the Solarwinds box from the 2008 server, but I am assuming that the fire wall is not allowing ping from Solarwinds.   The SNMP is also not working even though the IP address and community string are correct.

What the heck do you have to do to allow inbound icmp and snmp on Server 20087 .   Been fiddeling all morning with firewall rules with no sucess.

That should not be a problem.  They AMD processors and they were running splendidly on 4.0.
