Dell Poweredge 4600 - No boot device available

I have a Dell PE 4600 with an AIC-7899 SCSI controller.  I just replaced the battery on the server because it was bad.  When I boot the computer up, it states that 'No boot device available.  I went into the setup and set the time and boot sequence, but still no luck.
Under the 'Integrated Devices' section it is set to 'SCSI Enabled'.  Do I need to change this to 'Raid'?  I tried that, and during reboot, it stated that data loss will occur, so I canceled and set it back to SCSI Enabled.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks,
Dan

Yes, this must say Raid Enabled

Hi Charles,

When I change it to Raid and then reboot, it says that Data loss will occur.  Does this mean it will wipe out my drives?  I just need to make sure before I make the change.

Thanks,
Dan

That is the standard message, if you were running raid before and changed / removed the CMOS battery it sets the BIOS to default. The default is SCSI and when you change it you will see this message.
Again, if you were running Raid before you need to acknowledge the warning and allow the change

Thanks Charles!  That did the trick.  I appreciate the help, I was a little nervous when I read that message about data loss.

Thanks again!
