outlook vba - how to get textbox1 text into message body

i have an outlook custom form with extra textbox's and need to get the contents of these and add them to the message body on sending...

i have the code to add text to the message body on sending part, but for some reason when i add the textbox1.value it says it is "empty"

i have attached the code below
Private Sub Application_ItemSend(ByVal Item As Object, Cancel As Boolean)

Dim msg As Outlook.MailItem
Dim AddMsg As String

AddMsg = "----- Blackberry View -----"

Set msg = Application.CreateItem(olMailItem)
msg.Body = AddMsg
msg.Body = "Subject: " & TextBox1.Value
msg.Body = "Date: " & TextBox2.Value
msg.Body = "Time: " & TextBox3.Value
msg.Body = "Telephone Numbers: " & TextBox4.Value
msg.Body = "Participant Code: "  & TextBox5.Value
msg.Display
Set msg = Nothing

End Sub

i eventually worked this out... only taken me two days...

Set objPage = Item.GetInspector.ModifiedFormPages("Message")
Set objControl = objPage.Controls("TextBox1")
msg.Body = objControl.Value

Commented:
You possibly need another set command such as...

Set TextBox1 = Frame1.Controls("TextBox1")
