i have been trying to configure RDS to use our prior TS profiles from 2003 on the new 2008 server. &nbsp;I can now log on and see the user's desktops but Word freaks out saying that all files are locked by &quot;another user&quot; &nbsp;or corrupt and then when you go to close out of Word there is a Normal.dot error and a global template error.<br />

When I had the users on the old machine I had mapped their Word profiles to default save to their TS profile. &nbsp;There was an error when opening up Word about the Normal.dot. Evertime Word opened it would try to pull from that old share. &nbsp;I disabled the share on the old server and now Word open fine, but wont allow you to access a write copy of any documents or close out of Word correctly.
