my company is using excahnge 2003 and outlook 2003. users are able to share their own calendar to other users by either set up permission to individuals or to a group. However, this is changed recently, and now users are not ba able to share his/her calendar by setting up permission to a group, they can still share by setting up permission to individuals.
user will receive "Unable to display the folder. The calendar folder could not be found" when he/she tries to open a shared calendar (which is setup to share to a group of users).
attached, the error message. we tried to restart outlook, reapply permission, reinstall outlook etc but still no luck.
please help, it is a big trouble if user cannot view shared calendar or they need to add the share permission individually.
