IE: URL not found

Not sure if this is just a configuration problem. I am trying to access a website and got the URL not found message. But a friend at work can get to the login prompt without any problem. We both use the same IE version and same windows OS environment.
Could this be java version problem?

Any suggestion on what to do to resolve this problem?

Can you get this web URl in another web browser? if you could, reset your IE Configuration by:
Tools > Options > Advanced > reset

No,
I tried closing, restarting IE, Tried Firefox, neither of them worked.
Also tried reset in IE.

After posting, I realized this may be the problem with the port 7778.
How do I check port status on my machine?
netstat or something?

The site is not working in mine also, I tried removing the port and not found also, I tried to see if there is any thing related to this site, and no results also, about ports, I tried to check the port in web site http://www.canyouseeme.org/ and not connected also
are you sure from the site?

This is the correct url which my colleague can access without any problem.
I also tried what you did but all fail.
Could it be there is some level of authentication at the server side?
