this is a pretty awful error! <br />
Didn't you state in one of your previous cases that you just upgraded the firmware to 350_049?<br />
What is your VIOS level? &nbsp;Is your present firmware level still 350_049? Which hardware type/model are you running?<br />
Anyway, the only thing you can do is check for new VIOS or platform firmware fixes to apply them as soon as possible, should there be any, or call IBM service!<br />
Please post the levels I asked for above, let's see what we can find.<br />
