Can we have a BlackBerry Lock instead of erase using BES?  If so, and we chose to have it lock after the fifth failed password attempt could we assign a new password from the BES?  Then could we tell the locked out user over the phone what the new password is and they could manually unlock the blackberry with the new password?

Thanks
Nathan
