getting multiple scripts and batch files to run as a single program

I was wondering what would be the best way to build a program.Basically i have a system that is reliant on 6 vb scripts 3 robocopy scripts, is there a program "maker" that could bundle these together and run as one single program??

On a Windows box create a .bat script that calls the nine scripts you want to run. You may need to set the timing logic so they will run at intervals that provide "space" for job completion if there are dependencies that must be accounted for. When I say "space" you may need to insert wait periods between calling your scripts as need be.

This is the same logic you use to build a Program that will Exec the scripts as a job.
vb.net can be used as well to Exec the scripts or whatever program you want to call the scripts from.
