NTBACKUP to External Network Hard Disk error

Hello!
I´m Getting Delayed Write Failed pop-message:

Application popup: Windows - Delayed Write Failed : Windows was unable to save all the data for the file \\Nas-team\share\PDC-Team\BACKUP.bkf. The data has been lost. This error may be caused by a failure of your computer hardware or network connection. Please try to save this file elsewhere.
EVENT ID 26 and

IVENT ID 50

I´ve a Bufallo Link Station connected to network, with fix IP.
I am trying, to use NTBACKUP to make backups from server to that Disk.
Server with Windows 2003

Please Help!

Is Chkdsk coming clean on the target drive? , no disk errors ?
do you have Power saving disabled for the external drive ?

First Solution, great point!
i Started to check the antivirus software and discover that Panda Antivirus as a module called "network Secure" that is always checking large files.
i uninstall that module, and it start working!
