I have one Slackware 9.0 working as my email server. Now I need to allow it to work as DHCP (range) server with mac filter . How can I do that ?

start with installing isc-dhcpd
MAC filter goes to NETWORK SWITCH
What exactly do you mean by MAC filter?  Do you want to hand out leases based upon MAC address, only allow DHCP requests from specific MAC addresses, or even something else?  Please clarify.

gheist is correct if you need to lock down specific ports to MAC address (which might simplify your DHCP config).

Once you connect to unused switch port you can sniff enough to go without DHCP.
you can script firewall rules with DHCP server, or disable unused ports.
