View Multiple Screens when VNC to x64 System

I rely on VNC to remotely view our users' desktops.  We are entirely a multiple monitor organization which was never a problem when systems ran on 32-bit OS.  Now that we have x64 based systems, I am unable to view any monitor other than the primary.  I also have performance issues (slow to no screen refresh) with all x64 OS based systems (XP through Win7).

I have UltraVNC client installed on all workstations, and have tried using both UltraVNC and RealVNC viewers.

Are there settings (on the viewer or client end) that would fix this?  It would be very nice to be able to view users' entire desktops again.  Thanks in advance!
