Router Audit Tool analysis

I have outputs from RAT (Router Audit Tool) for my Cisco ASAs and Cisco 6500 switches.  Does anyone have experience with correctly interpreting and filtering through these vast outputs to determine what really is important vs.what doesn't really need attention?

It is not so much knowing what is important and what is not important, because every other network will have different requirements based on some security policy (physical and logical), best practices, experience on the job, etc.
