Does anyone know of a PowerShell script for Exchange 2007 that will list the contents of a mailbox folder?  Say like Sent Items?  I want the Date\Time, Recipent field, and Subject.  We have a lot of delays outbound and I want to be able to compare message tracking logs against the actual Sent Items of a mailbox user.
