How to add SRV record in my Cpanel
Hi,
I want to add a SRV record to my domain for my MS-Windows SBS 2008. I tried to search in my domain control panel but I didn't find anything. Please find the attached file a snapshot of my Cpanel.
And what is WHM (Webhost Manager) and do I have one like this.
Thank you in advance,

CPanel is normally used for public web services. Why would you want to add service records for SBS to a public DNS service?
If it's service records for some other reason I'd start with Simple DNS Zone Editor and see what it gives.

All it gives A record and CNAME
Figures.
You'd need the Advanced DNS Zone Editor, which apparently is only available in 11.25 and above. If you're running that version I could not tell you why you don't have it.

mine is 11.25
It's difficult to tell from the documentation if it'll even let you were you able to find that applet.
I would have to go back to the beginning and ask why you want to create service records for SBS on cPanel :)

Hi,
I believe you can add CNAME records instead of SRV .Sometimes DNS provider will not support SRV records. In that case you must use a CNAME record. I have added CNAME record instead of SRV for one of my client.
