Outlook 2003 PRF file not creating the profile

We're in the process of Migrating from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010. Our desktops are still by and large running Outlook 2003. Unfortunately, our login processing software (Scriptlogics Desktop Authority) doesn't support Exchange 2010 yet, so I'm having t resort to using a PRF to configure Outlook for users. I've created the PRF according to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2006508, but no matter what I do, I can't get it to work.

I've tried the registry method for having Outlook import the PRF, double-clicking the PRF itself, and changing the Outlook shortcut to point to the PRF, but no matter what I do, it's still trying to run Outlook setup when I run Outlook. I've double-checked, and the FirstRun registry keys are in fact deleted.

I've attached the contents of the PRF. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I've already gone through the process outlined there, the problem is that Outlook isn't correctly creating/modifying the profile according to the .PRF file. When I start Outlook using the /promptimportprf \\location\to\my.prf, it still comes up with the Outlook 2003 Startup window wanting to setup my profile.

It isn't  /promptimportprf \\location\to\my.prf it is  /importprf \\location\to\my.prf

I Tried that as well. However, /promptimport does work, it just causes a confirmation box stating that the information will be overwritten, etc...

Commented:
I should say, according to Microsoft, /promptimport is a valid switch. It's not working in my case. :)

OK, and if you are definitely using the 2003 resorce kit (ork) from here -http://www.microsoft.com/office/orkarchive/2003ddl.htm then I don't know.
Perhaps some adverse interaction with scriptlogics upsetting permissions.

Commented:
Strangely, adding "BackupProfile=No" seems to have fixed the issue.
