Visio 2003 Organization Chart Wizard and MS Exchange

I am trying to build an org chart using our exchange. When I use the wizard, and select "A Microsoft Exchange Server Directory" as the source... it works, but it stops at my reporting manager... which makes sense I guess. But I want to create a chart of everyone.

So, how can I get it to look at the entire org, not just mine..? Is there another way in outlook to export the exchange org info? (e.g. import into access or something)

I am an end user, so I have no access to the AD or Exchange management tools. But I have the task of creating an org chart, just don't want to manually do it...
