We are using FrontRange IPCM (VOip call management) with roaming profiles. All PC's in call centre are exact same spec so user profiles are set to all use the same soundcard settings. However, PC's in training environment have a different spec, as do those of the team managers, and when these are used the sound settings are blanked. Which means the sound settings have to be reset each time.
We need to be able to spoof the soundcard used on the call centre PCs, when the training PCs are used.
The PC's in the call centre are no longer available and we do not have the current infrastructire to support virtualisation or terminal services.
