1) make sure that the outlook profile is configured to use Exchange and that this is the default profile in the Outlook profiles in the client.
2) make sure that the SMTP address matches the SIP address.
3) Make sure that you can access autodiscover Internally

Dear busbar,

i'm sure all what you mentioned is there.

for SMTP address, we have min 3 SMTP for each users, one of them are matching the SIP address for each user.
Autodiscover is working fine internally

the default SMTP must match the SIP domain as per my knowledge

Because scheduling comes from Exchange, MOC attempts to pull that exchange data by doing a lookup of the user's exchange data using the SIP address it has for the logged in user. IF the *default* (and DEFAULT is important) SMTP address doesn't match then the lookup fails, and thus the data doesn't pull
I wish it was different, and there aare ways MS could fix this (and I hope they do for future releases) but it is the current design. So you must go into Exchange where you assign SMTP addresses, choose the SMTP address that matches their SIP address (also visible in the Exchange console) and mark it as "default."
Then MOC will work. If you need to keep the default address as it is then you'll need to change their SIP address to match.  Your choice how you do this but the two must match.

as been said the default SMTP must match the URI since it looks up the calendar using the EWS, this is also true for the outlook profile.
otherwise it will not work!
