How to include Masterpage code and javscript after Meta Description , titles, and Keywords

Is there any way to include the master code and java scripts after the title and meta data.
The spiders see what we see as a source code in the browser and the spiders consider the information on top as important for ranking the page.

Rightnow Titles, MetaDesc is mentioned in Head section of page, but we are using master page concept in all page, also calling javascript , so when we actually see page in ViewSource, its first showing all master page info and then shows Titles and MetaDesc.

We have all Title, keyword information stored in database and we are checking at runtime and loading title, keyword info for page.

Is this spiderloop work with it.

spider loop as given in the example acts like a control in your form with runat server property assigned to it. you can add remove as many values from it as it provides. Title, Tags, and keyword information can be easily added to it in your code behind file by querying from database and assigning SP the values at runtime.
