MS Access Make table query No duplicates

I have a table that I want to make another table with just one cloumn brout over to the new table.

I am in the query design and I am using the make-table-query.

the only filed i want brought over is "Term_Combined"  ... now.. bring this over ... I know how to do... my question is... how can I do this with no duplicate records...?  ie... exampe record 2010-S2, 2010-S1, 2010-SS, ... but there are multiple of them... but I only want one of each...

any ideas?

Thanks

Right click in the gray area in the top section of your query screen (where the recordsets are).
Select properties.
Select Unique Values = YES

you can't do this in a query, you need to use recordsets and VBA codes

see this sample db. run the SUB createNewtable
DB-Q-26261377-ParseField.mdb

<. but I only want one of each...> i thought you only want each of  2010-S2, 2010-S1, 2010-SS in separate records..
