You can install ClamAv. If you enable real time scan, it will delete virus/trojon emails. Also, make sure that SpamAssassin is turned on for individual accounts as well.

I am having problems with lots of spam on my server and want to know how I can stop it or what software I should install to stop it.<br />

It's a cPanel/WHM Linux Server, with Centos 5.4 on it.<br />

We have Spam Assassin turned on, but still not really helping.<br />
<br />
Clients have been in touch saying that they are getting Trojans to their email as attachments, and other things, and lots of Viagra emails.<br />

Any ideas on how to cut back on this? What server software etc?<br />
