SCCM Webex Uninstall
I'm pushing a command to my boxes from SCCM.  Simple command to pop up the option to uninstall Webex (bonus if you know of a way to silently uninstall WebEx).  The command line is...
%windir%\downlo~1\atcliun.exe
When I run it from a local command line, it pops up the Webex uninstall wizard.  However, if the 'package' is run only when user is logged in, and Maximized, I get the SCCM notice to run it, I choose run, but nothing more happens.

Looks like you are out of luck for the silent install see http://www.appdeploy.com/software/detail.asp?id=73

As far as the other issue you have a issue in the program or advertisement setup. I do not have access to my sccm boxes at the moment but I will post some suggestions tomorrow. Or Someone else may beat me to it.

Look forward to it.

On a computer with Webex installed look in the registry under HKEY_local_machine\Software and find the Webex entry. Then find its Product Code for example Adobe Readers product code is {AC76BA86-7AD7-1033-7B44-A93000000001}

Then create a package with a command line like msiexec /q /uninstall {AC76BA86-7AD7-1033-7B44-A93000000001}

Create a collection of all Webex computers and advertise the package. The end user should see nothing.

No joy.  Also tried
MsiExec.exe /X{F2AB2488-A0BF-4A9B-98A9-A88CF20FD2FF} /quiet /passive
MsiExec.exe /X{F2AB2488-A0BF-4A9B-98A9-A88CF20FD2FF}  /passive
MsiExec.exe /uninstall {F2AB2488-A0BF-4A9B-98A9-A88CF20FD2FF}  /quiet

taking /quiet away give me a 'are you sure' prompt.  Using passive give me a glimps MSIEXEC.

Any more ideas?

Thanks,
Whoam

Just did.  No joy.  removing /q gives you the prompt, "do you want to uninstall this product?"  Very strange program, Webex.

Do you have the program set to Run: Hidden on the General tab and suppress program notificatoins check on the advanced tab? If not set these two options then update your distribution point and try again. It should work as I have used this method to uninstall hundreds of old Adobe Pro installs.

Yeah, I have hidden and suppress flags/checks set.  I've use it to apply QT, Adobe, Office, and countless other programs and patches.  For whatever reason, Webex wants to be different.
