asked on
rename macro which has been added as a button.
I have just created a macro, then created a button for the macro and added it in the menu bar area in outlook 2007.
Currently the button says Project1.Latest.
latest is the name of my macro.
is there any way I can rename this to not have the Project. in the button...
And is there anyway I can change the icon?

How is the button created, as a ribbon component or as a 2003 etc compliant button?
Sorry, outlook 2007!, the ribbon isn't fully integrated.

Now right click your button and select the name field and make the edit, exit cistomise, job done.
