Save only sends e-mail with removed attachment again
When a user opens an email, removes the attachment and selects "save only" the message is resent saying that the message was "sent by: the user" and then to all the recipients on the e-mail and the user who clicked save.
This is getting annoying and didn't happen before. Any ideas?

It seems to be messages sent by one user.
As in... this user sends messages to people and when people attempt to ammend them and save only it sends the ammendment to ALL instead. The user sending the messages is over his warning quota and ignoring his warning messages.
Any ideas? Should I recreate the mail file?

We haven't had an issue since replacing the design of the database. All are valid solutions though! :-D
- does this happen to all users, or just one?
- which versions of Notes and Domino do you use?
- if the user uses his mail database from a different PC, same behaviour, or different?
- if another user (you?) uses his own mail database, what behaviour is displayed?
- if another user (you?) uses that person's mail database, what behaviour is displayed?
- where is the mail opened, in the Sent view?
- what are we supposed to conclude from the sentence: "[it] didn't happen before" ?
