when i try to print a file with pdf creator whether from microsoft office or any web browser, i get an error message 481. However, It will print to the pdf printer if i have notepad opened in the back ground. I have tried reinstall and rebbot serveral times but doesn't help. It's on a win7 machine. I don't want to open notepad everytime when i want to print something to the pdf printer so please advice.
