This problem can occur under a few conditions. The SystemMailbox user object may need to be recreated. Follow the steps outlined in Microsoft Knowledge Base article 316622 to recreate a SystemMailbox user object. Update the Recipient Update Service (RUS) to ensure that all objects have been stamped with the appropriate attributes.

Hi,
How can I make sure any of the three possibilities mentioned in the http://support.microsoft.com/kb/316622 cause Problem.
1-The SystemMailbox mailbox is missing from a mailbox store.
2-The SystemMailbox exists. However, the SystemMailbox is not associated with an Active Directory account.
3- The SystemMailbox mailbox is missing. Additionally, there is no Active Directory account for the SystemMailbox.
The exodbprx.dll component is not registered in the registry.
