Lotus Notes Rule Not working as expected
A rule had been set up to forward email to several people if an email ararived in a particular mail box. The rule had been working Ok but has suddenlt stopeed sending email to one user.
removed and readded the user
changed teh email from the domino address to the internet address
set up a new rule to send copy of the emeil to user
but in all cases this user is not receiving emails. Checked server logs and the enmail forwarding is not being initiated.
Any reason why this happening and will appreciate a possible solution

Is there any chance the user has a duplicate entry in names.nsf?
Is the user getting other email?

Hi there WestpacLon,,,
If you really doubt the rule I recommend you to do the following
Delete the rule
On the " Server Console" run the command set rules
Re-create the same rule as before
Again On the " Server Console" run the command set rules
Check and update me ....
Another option is to create a simple agent .
Best Regards

In the end we had to diable all the rules. Delete the rule that didn't work , then recreated the ruile then enable all rules again
My objection is based on the fact that the final solution was based around suggestions made by myself and akhafaf. I would assume that the problem would not have been resolved without this advice.
