I have a group of servers that are not reporting the status back. &nbsp;The servers are getting the offer files and I have manually verified the package is there and completing the install however the status is not posting back up.

I have a group of servers that are not reporting the status back.  The servers are getting the offer files and I have manually verified the package is there and completing the install however the status is not posting back up.
