I have a Windows server 2008 setup for the terminal gateway and another server 2008 setup for the terminal server.  Users are connecting to the ts website to access applications shared on the TS Web site.  I have a SSL certificate from Entrust installed on both servers and the application load and operate fine with every version of Windows except 7.  Entrust tells me there is a know issue between TS and Windows 7.  I get "a revocation check could not be performed for the certificate" error when trying to run application from a Windows 7 terminal.

Have you tried changing the server authentication for the RDP connection -

Remote Desktop Connection > Advanced > If server authentication fails:
Try changing to 'Connect and don't warn me'

Otherwise, make sure the Entrust certificate is installed to the local computer list of Authorities -

Start > Run > mmc.exe > File > Add Snap-in > Certificates > Local Computer > Import the CA certificate to the Trusted Root Authorities area
