JPG file attachments are hidden, not visable in Outlook 2007. You can see them in the OWA though.

JPG attachment (picture) is not visiable nor seen as an attachment in Outlook 2007. If you open up the OWA it is there.
The email size is about 15kb. Outlook 2007 is having a problem displaying the attachment. It was sent via a cell phone
using MMS to Exchange Server 2007. We tried using Microsoft Office 2010 with no luck.

Any suggestions ?

You might disable Attachment Preview option in Outlook 2007, to re enable it do the following steps..

> Click Tools>Trust Center.
>On the left pane, select Attachment Handling.
> In the right pane, under Attachment and Document Preview, uncheck the Turn off Attachment Preview checkbox.
>Click OK.

Thanks

I tried suggestion #1 and added to all three safe sender options in Outlook 2007. I resent the email from my yahoo email account and the attchement is not viewable and is hidden in the email. If I go to properties of the email it say's it contains one file.

I tried suggestion #2 and this option is not turn on. What is strange is that this is coming from a person who routinley takes cell phone pictures and then send them via MMS to his Outlook account. This was working and then stopped. I have a Windows Smart phone and can send JPG's just fine and view them but it appears now it's something do with how the Outlook client is now unable to see this attachment coming from MMS ?

Have you looked at this?  http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;309493

This is a known issue.
This is the solution for Exchange 2007, SP1......The fix is in Exchange 2007 SP2.

As per http://support.microsoft.com/kb/954684 “You cannot use an Outlook 2007 client to display or download an attachment when you access a message that includes an inline attachment from Exchange Server 2007”
After you install Update Rollup 5 for Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 1, you must add a new entry in the Edgetransport.exe.config XML file to enable the hotfix on the Edge server role or on the Hub Transport server role. To do this, follow these steps:
1.Stop the Exchange Transport service.
2.Locate the EdgeTransport.exe.config file. This file is located in the following path:
      <drive> :\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\Bin\
3.In the EdgeTransport.exe.config file, add the following entry between the <appSettings> element and the </appSettings> element:
4.<add key="TreatInlineDispositionAsAttachment" value="true" />
5.Restart the Transport service
