How do I synchronize folders from between two different Windows 2003 server on 2 domains?

I have two different servers in two different domains. I would like to have one of them back up the other one by a feature similar to XP's "make avaialble offline" feature. That option does not appear in Windows Server 2003. The purpose of this is to only have to back up one of the servers. The two servers are located in different states but there is a VPN tunnel running between the two locations.

Thanks for your help!

Thanks I will give it a try!

Sounds like you want common files between servers and then one server to have a backup of these files.

If these are trusted forest servers, use DFS (Distributive File shares).

I tried Sync Toy, still having a few issues with it working as a scheduled task. Manually it seems to work ok.

If I manually run the sync toy it works fine. The scheduler doesn't want to work. I have the followinng command syntax in the scheduler:

"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\SyncToy 2.1.lnk -R"

does that look wrong?
