First please delete sethostname entry.<br />

adsuitil get w3svc/1/sethostname<br />
<br />
and see if there is an enty if yes<br />
<br />
adsutil delete w3svc/1/sethostname<br />
<br />
and please reset the virtual directroies by using method 2 of KB 883380.<br />
<br />
now check again if owa works and make sure there is all unassigned selected in default website
