Hello, experts!

I picked up a cheap Dell SC1425 server that I want to use for streaming to a large flat-panel TV set.  Unfortunately, this server does not have any sound capability and I don't want to run more than 1 cable to the TV if at all possible.  It has a single PCI-X slot (specs are here: http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/sc1425/en/ug/f3593aa0.htm#wp1053748) and my monitor, an LG plasma, has VGA, HDMI, S-Video with 3 RCA, 3 RCA, and 5 RCA Component inputs.

Then you should buy an ATI video card with HDMI output. Unlike Nvidia one, ATI has sound chip on their card so it would be the best choice in your case.

I am unable to locate an ATI card that meets the specifications - specifically, the PCI part.  This is a PCI-X slot - not a PCI-E slot.
A pci card may work as most pci-x slots will work with pci cards, but being a Dell server its very well possible the bios does support add-in graphics cards. But if you want to give it a shot here's a pci card with HDMI and built in sound.

I took a look at that card - with the heat sink, it's too deep for the 1U server, as the PCI-X is on a horizontal daughter card.  Any other options?  I'm currently looking at eBay, at a seller with a wireless FM-transmitting USB sound blaster - I can do the sound thru my stereo and the video thru my existing VGA cable.  Not ideal...but it might work.
That's the only pci card I can find that has hdmi and audio.
