are you trying to connect through VPN with the same username and password that have access. check the security parameters on the VPN server to see if you have the right to connect through VPN.

Try disabling Windows 7 firewall, reboot the computer and then try.<br />

Problem is:<br />
Error 800: The remote connection was not made because the attemped VPN tunnels failed. The VPN server might be unreachable. If this connection is attempting to use an l2tp/ipsec tunnel, the security parameters required for ipsec negotation might not be configured proberly.<br />

Tried with this vpn connection with another computer and it worked, so problem is not in firewall etc... f-secure is also disabled.<br />

Problem is:
