Most anything that is set in the registry can be scripted. Which settings are you trying to change?

Looks like it can be done, but I don't know how to use the info in the link below to figure out the following
For local intranet zone, enable security settings for:
Allow previously unused ActiveX controls to run without prompt
Allow Scriptlets
Automatically prompting for ActiveX controls
Binary and script behaviors
Display video and animations on a webpage that does not use external media player
Download signed ActiveX controls
Download unsigned ActiveX controls
Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe for scripting
Only allow approved domains to use ActiveX without prompt
Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins
Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting*

Please make copies of your registry before doing anything in it. One false step in the registry and you could be reinstalling Windows.

Here is the registry key for the Intranet Zone. You can use it as an example. Match the numbers in your web page example to the coordinating number in the file and change the last number to either 0 (permitted), 1 (prompt), or 3 (deny).

An easy way for you to get these settings is to set one PC exactly as you want, then export that Registry Key. You right-click on the key name (HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\1) and choose export.

After you have the exported file saved, you can double click on it to import into the next PC registry.

The file I uploaded will change your settings if you double clikc it, right-click on it and choose edit to view.
