On a &nbsp;Windows Web server 2008 R2 system with SQL server 2008 R2 express advanced edition I get the following error when logging in as a user.<br />

&quot;User '********\*****.****' does not have required permissions. Verify that sufficient permissions have been granted and Windows User Account Control (UAC) restrictions have been addressed. <br />

I've tried everything that I can find on the internet with enabling/disabling UAC, but still no luck. The users has been added into the group (see related Solution), but still no luck. The server itself is not in a domain, and currently will not be part of any domain.<br />

Client has been tested on multiple computers (OS different) and different browsers (IE and Firefox) and all give the same problem. With the administrator account i can logon to the site, and edit the settings. The user has been added within the site as a system user.<br />

The Authentication for the site is set to basic.
