I had problem to install driver for audio for Windows XP SP3.After I installed driver,i went to Device manager and there are 4 audio devices and they all have same name: "AUDIO DEVICE ON HIGH DEFINITION AUDIO BUS" .I can't run patch because it applies to  Win XP SP2 only and lenovo does not provide any other drivers

Try uninstalling the device thru device manager and then reinstalling it with the patch you found for SP2. A lot of times if they latest driver they provide is for SP2, then it is cross-compatible with SP3.
I've resolved a lot of Lenovo laptop issues by making sure that the TPM (Trusted Platform Manager) is installed as well as the modem driver. For some reason the modem and audio driver on Lenvos rely on one another. Especially with the T series. I'm not sure which model you have. Another thing to try is visiting their website and downloading the System Update software. Once installed, run the application. It will query Lenovo's website for any updates/patches your system needs.

I found it on lenovo web site:
Note: Once the audio driver install is complete there still be 4 unknown audio devices listed in Device Manager. These drivers will be installed with the video driver.
I did try it and it worked
