Glassfish v3 JDBC cache

Hi everyone.

I have a problem with Glassfish v3 and MySQL. Everything goes fine when updating the database from a Java app installed in glassfish but changes made "outside" glassfish are not showing up. i.e. changes made directly in the DB.

My guess is that Glassfish caches the DB but I can't find out how to turn it off. I disabled connection pool and statement caches without any luck.

Anyone has an idea? Is it actually Glassfish caching or something totally different? If so, how can I disable it?

Thanks in advance.

On Glassfish v3, it is EclipseLink. I don't think TopLink properties would work.
