Link to Webfx Tabs in a Joomla Site

I am trying to link directly to a tab generated by webfx through the standard joomla webfx tab system.  This is javascript based and I can not work out what the onClick call should be to lin kto it directly.  The reason I would like this link is to do a next and previous button through the tabs but it does not seem to work.

I have tried all sorts of commands and changes and can not make any of them work properly can anyone help?

I have attached 3 pieces of code which I believe control these items.  It is in the tpl I am trying to add the button.

Hive Funding Terms of Use.

Terms of Use

The Hive Funding web site is an internet Platform for connecting Investors with Borrowers. These Terms of Service are the rules that govern your use of the Platform, your rights and obligations. The relationship between Investors and Borrowers is also defined herewith, except the LOAN AGREEMENT between Investors and Borrowers, which is separate and totally independent of our rules and governance. Hive Funding Limited is not a party to any LOAN AGREEMENTS between Investors and Borrowers. Our sole function is to operate the Platform
a. In these Terms of Service "we", "us" and "our" mean Hive Funding Limited and "you" and "your" mean the Hive Funding Member (either/or acting as a Borrower and/or a Investor). Other words to which we have given a particular meaning begin with a capital letter. These words and meanings are set out at the end of this document.
b. Eligibility and registration

1. To register with us you must meet our Eligibility Criteria. This means that, unless you are the holder of a current, valid Consumer Credit Licence issued by the Office of Fair Trading in the UK ("a CC Licensee"):
a. you must be an individual, at least 18 years old, living in the United Kingdom; and
b. you must have a current account in your own name with a bank in the United Kingdom.

2. Unless you are a CC Licensee, to be eligible as an Lender, you must also:
only ever lend your own money and never have total loans of more than £25,000 outstanding to other people at any one time; and
a. not be a credit broker or lend money to other persons in the course of any business.

3. If you wish to direct the trustee of your Self Invested Personal Pension ("SIPP") or Small Self Administered Scheme ("SSAS") (in either case "the SIPP Trustee") to lend your pension money at Hive Funding, the SIPP Trustee will be acting as the lender, and will first need to be enabled by us to lend at Hive Funding. The SIPP Trustee may first need to obtain a Consumer Credit License. The SIPP Trustee will also need to agree with you and us certain administrative procedures that will add to, or amend these Principles. Because of the rules relating to gaining access to your pension money, neither you nor your employer will be entitled to borrow money from that SIPP Trustee.

4. If you wish to lend your own directly-held funds at Hive Funding, and you are the client of an Independent Financial Adviser who has access to the platform operated by Nucleus Financial Group Limited ("Nucleus IFA"), you authorise the Nucleus IFA and Nucleus Financial Group Limited to register you as a Hive Funding Member, and operate your My Hive Funding on your behalf (including pre-signing any loan contracts on your behalf), subject to any agreement between you and your Nucleus IFA and any instructions or directions you give to your Nucleus IFA. You agree that Hive Funding shall have no liability for any errors, omissions, losses, costs or damages that arise as a result of the operation of your My Hive Funding by a Nucleus IFA on your behalf.

5. If you meet our Eligibility Criteria, you can register with us as a Hive Funding Member. As part of this process:
we may:
i. make identity, fraud and credit checks;
ii. obtain a Credit Rating for you from the credit reference agency we use;
a. you will specify a Hive Funding username and Passcodes.
6. When these steps have been completed, we will register you as a Hive Funding Member, give you Passcodes and set up My Hive Funding for you.
7. If we are unable to complete any steps in Principle 2.3, we will not register you as a Hive Funding Member.

1. My Hive Funding
0. To lend or borrow through the Lending Platform you must log on to My Hive Funding.
1. When you enter My Hive Funding we will check your identity by asking for Passcodes. As long as the correct username and Passcodes are entered, we will assume that you are the person giving instructions and making transactions and you will be liable for them, except to the extent provided for in Principle 3.6. You must therefore keep your Passcodes secret (as well as other codes that protect access to your Nominated Account) and make sure that they are not stored on your workstation in a way that enables others to impersonate you. In addition, for the avoidance of doubt, if you disclose your Passcodes to any person or entity whom you employ or otherwise retain, appoint or authorise to access to My Hive Funding, you are also responsible and liable for any access, use or misuse or disclosure of your Passcodes or My Hive Funding by such person or entity.
2. We can refuse to act on any instruction that we believe: (i) was unclear; (ii) was not given by you; or (iii) might cause us to breach a legal or other duty; or if we think Hive Funding is being used for an illegal purpose.
3. You must never tell anyone else your Passcodes (nor other codes that protect access to your Nominated Account) or write them down without disguising them.
4. You must tell us as soon as possible if you think that someone else knows your Passcodes (or other codes that protect access to your Nominated Account) or can use Hive Funding by impersonating you. Until you tell us:
you will be responsible for any instruction which we receive and act on, even if it was not given by you; and
a. we will not be responsible for any unauthorised access to confidential information about you on My Hive Funding.
5. We will do all that we reasonably can to prevent unauthorised access to My Hive Funding. As long as you have not broken the other terms contained in this Principle 3, we will accept liability for any loss or damage to you resulting directly from any unauthorised access to My Hive Funding (see Principle 16 for limits on our liability).
6. My Hive Funding will show:
the amount credited to your Hive Funding Wallet in the Hive Funding Members' Account; and
a. the amount you:
have lent (if any); and/or
i. have offered to borrow; or have borrowed (if any);
through the Lending Platform;
b. certain personal details; and
c. information about the Lending Platform.

2. Lending
0. General - Lending in Hive Funding Markets and Hive Funding Listings
If you decide to lend using the Lending Platform, then in order to ensure that your loan funds are readily available for disbursement to Borrowers, you must first pay the total amount you wish to lend into the Hive Funding Members' Lending Account by bank transfer or direct debit from your Nominated Account, or by debit card linked to your Nominated Account. Please always, quote your unique username as a reference. As part of the Lender registration process you may be required to give us details of your Nominated Account. All payments you make with your username included will be recorded on My Hive Funding as a credit to your Hive Funding Wallet
1. When you use a debit card to transfer money to the Hive Funding Members' Lending Account, you agree that that debit card transaction is complete as soon as the amount you transferred has been credited to your Hive Funding Wallet.
2. Hive Funding are permitted to make annual statements available to Lenders electronically and reserve the right to charge an administration fee of ?10 for each paper copy of such statements or for statements covering a non-standard time period for which Hive Funding would not normally provide a statement.
Provisions Specific to Lending via Hive Funding Markets
3. By posting a Markets Offer and (if you are a CC Licensee, electronically signing a corresponding credit agreement), you are offering to enter into a Loan Contract with a Borrower who meets your Lending Criteria. Each Markets Offer is open to be accepted by a Borrower unless and until it is withdrawn by you. You will not be asked to confirm your Markets Offer once it has been matched with a Borrower's Confirmed Bid. The Loan Contract will be formed automatically at that point (or, if you are a CC Licensee, when the Borrower electronically counter-signs the credit agreement corresponding to your Markets Offer).
4. Once your Markets Offer is matched with a Confirmed Bid, the £10 you have lent (or other relevant figure in the case of a CC Licensee) will be deducted from your Hive Funding Wallet and be credited to the relevant Borrower's Hive Funding Wallet or Hive Funding (in respect of the charges payable to Hive Funding by the Borrower) or Cardif Pinnacle (in respect of any Hive Funding Repayment Protection premium).
5. The Borrower will set up a direct debit to pay to the Hive Funding Members' Repayment Account the amount that is repayable to you and these amounts will be credited to your Hive Funding Wallet. You can log on to My Hive Funding and either re-offer these amounts, or request the payment of these amounts to your Nominated Account.
6. Unless you are a CC Licensee (in which case Principle 4.5 applies), to diversify your risk:
each time you offer to lend more than £500 to others at Hive Funding:
you are agreeing to lend that money to at least 50 different borrowers in amounts of £10 (each being the subject of a separate Loan Contract);
i. unless you specify a higher amount, the maximum amount that you will lend to each Borrower from that offer is £200;
ii. if you make multiple offers in the same market at any one time, you could lend more than £200 to the same Borrower, although each set of offers is still successfully diversified across 50 different borrowers. If you do not want to lend more than £200 to any one borrower, please ensure that you do not have more than one offer in each market at any one time.
a. Each time you offer to lend less than £500 to others at Hive Funding:
you are agreeing to lend that money in amounts of £10, each such amount being the subject of a separate Loan Contract;
i. unless you specify a higher amount, the maximum amount that you will lend to each Borrower is £10;
ii. you will not be lending to 50 different borrowers.
b. Amounts that are repaid to you by Borrowers, and which are re-offered using the "autolend" function, are added to your most recent offer in the market, and are therefore subject to the diversification rule that already applies to that offer.
7. If you are a CC Licensee, to minimise the number of credit agreements you must sign, each agreement will be for £500 (unless you ask us for a lesser figure). So, to diversify your risk when lending in £500 increments, you should offer to lend to others at Hive Funding at least £25,000 and:
each time you offer to lend money to others at Hive Funding:
you are agreeing to lend that money in amounts of £500 (each being the subject of a separate Loan Contract);
i. unless you specify a higher amount, the maximum amount that you will lend to each Borrower from that offer is £500;
ii. if you make multiple offers in the same market at any one time, you could lend more than £500 to the same Borrower. If you do not want to lend more than £500 to any one borrower, please ensure that you do not have more than one offer in each market at any one time.
a. Amounts that are repaid to you by Borrowers, and which are re-offered using the autolend function, are added to your most recent offer in the market, and are therefore subject to the diversification rule that already applies to that offer.
8. Once you have made a payment into the Hive Funding Members' Lending Account you must then log onto My Hive Funding and follow the instructions for setting your Lending Criteria and posting your Markets Offer for lending to Borrowers who match those Lending Criteria. Your Markets Offer will remain open until either you withdraw it, or it is matched by the Lending Platform with Confirmed Bids made by Borrowers.
Provisions Specific to Lending via Hive Funding Listings
9. As a Lender, you may make a Listing Offer in respect of any Listing in Hive Funding Listings. You acknowledge and agree that:
you are relying solely on Member Content included by the Borrower in his or her Listing (particularly information relating to whether or not the Borrower is able to afford to repay the total loan amount requested), in order to decide whether or not to make a Listing Offer; and
a. while each Borrower will need to have a minimum credit-score before being entitled to post a Listing, Hive Funding will only be carrying out certain basic anti-fraud checks in respect of each Listing, and will not be carrying out the credit reference and other checks and assessments that are described in Principle 5.6(a) and (b) as being carried out in relation to Hive Funding Markets.
10. By posting a Listing Offer and (if you are a CC Licensee, electronically signing a corresponding credit agreement), you are offering to enter into a Loan Contract with a Borrower who meets your Lending Criteria. Each Listing Offer is open to be accepted by a Borrower until 48 hours after the corresponding Listing expires and is fully-funded (unless the Listing is withdrawn). A Listing Offer cannot be withdrawn. The amount of money offered in each of your Listing Offers will be reserved in your Hive Funding Wallet until either your Listing Offer is accepted and the money is credited to the relevant Borrower, or your Listing Offer is unsuccessful, in which case the amount reserved will be made available to fund other Markets Offers or Listing Offers you may choose to make. The Loan Contract will be formed automatically at the point when a Borrower accepts your Listing Offer (or, if you are a CC Licensee, when the Borrower electronically counter-signs the credit agreement corresponding to your Listing Offer).

3. Borrowing
0. Provisions Specific to Borrowing via Hive Funding Markets
If you want to borrow through the Hive Funding Markets, you will have the opportunity to post Indicative Bids specifying your Borrowing Criteria. Your projected repayments will then reflect the total amount to be borrowed, inclusive of the Hive Funding borrowing fee.
1. The Hive Funding Markets will then notify you whether your Indicative Bid is likely to be successful. If you wish to proceed at this stage, you may then post a Confirmed Bid, which must be in the same terms as your Indicative Bid, (and, if any of your Lenders is a CC Licensee) electronically counter-sign the corresponding credit agreements), at which time the Loan Contracts will be formed.
2. Your Confirmed Bid will either be matched with a Lending Offer by the Hive Funding Markets, or not, in which case it will lapse.
3. By posting a Confirmed Bid, you are agreeing to accept a Markets Offer that meets your Borrowing Criteria.
4. You must then enter the details of your Nominated Account and set up a direct debit from that account to the Hive Funding Members' Repayment Account, which is to be used to make the repayments due from you to the Lender under each Loan Contract you enter into.
5. Once each of your Confirmed Bids has been matched with Markets Offers, we will provisionally credit your Hive Funding Wallet with the total amount you have borrowed, less our fee, but actual payment of this amount is subject to:
you providing us with certain additional information which we will ask you for - provided that this additional information and the information you gave us before making the Confirmed Bid was not inaccurate or deficient in any respect (if we discover that it was, then the Loan Contract will be void and we will report this information to credit reference and fraud agencies);
a. us checking your credit reference and the information you provide us to assess the affordability of your repayments.

Provisions Specific to Borrowing via Hive Funding Listings
6. If you want to borrow through the Hive Funding Listings, you will have the opportunity to post a Listing specifying your Borrowing Criteria.
7. You undertake, warrant and represent that your Member Content, and in particular each statement that you make in any Listing, is true and accurate in each and every respect. If this is not the case then we reserve the right to refer the matter to the relevant credit reference and fraud agencies.
8. In the course of posting and accepting a Listing, you must enter the details of your Nominated Account and set up a direct debit from that account to the Hive Funding Members' Repayment Account, which is to be used to make the repayments due from you to the Lender under each Loan Contract you enter into.
9. Hive Funding Lenders may post Listing Offers in relation to your Listing. If there are sufficient Listing Offers to fully fund the total loan amount that you have requested in your Listing, you will have 48 hours after the expiry of the Listing to accept the Listing Offers made. If you accept any Listing Offers, and (if any of your Lenders is a CC Licensee) electronically counter-sign the corresponding credit agreements, Loan Contracts will be formed between you and each Lender who posted a Listing Offer that you accepted.
10. If your Listing is not the subject of sufficient Listing Offers to fully fund your requested total loan amount within the time stipulated for the end of that Listing, then we shall be entitled to remove your Listing.
11. Once you accept any Listing Offers, we will provisionally credit your Hive Funding Wallet with the total amount you have borrowed, less our fee, but actual payment of this amount is subject to the information in your Listing not being inaccurate or deficient in any respect (if we discover that it was, then the Loan Contract will be void and we will report this information to credit reference and fraud agencies).

4. After Loan Contracts Have Been Formed
0. The Lending Platform operates by instant matching of Markets Offers with Confirmed Bids, or by you accepting Listing Offers, as the case may be, which produces each Loan Contract (any of which may be a credit agreement signed by each Lender and Borrower if the relevant Lender is a CC Licensee). This means you will not be given the opportunity to review the Loan Contract or the Loan Conditions after you have made a Markets Offer, a Confirmed Bid, Listing or Listing Offer, as the case may be. By accepting these Principles you are accepting that:
the Loan Conditions will be incorporated into every Loan Contract;
a. the Lending Platform processes Borrowers' direct debit payments in relation to the repayment of amounts under each Loan Contract;
b. each Lender sub-contracts to the Collections Agency the collection of any missed payments due from Borrowers in accordance with the collections procedure published on the Lending Platform from time to time.
1. Each time Markets Offers and Confirmed Bids are matched, or Listing Offers are accepted, details of the amount lent or borrowed will be recorded in My Hive Funding, including the number of Loan Contracts that make up your total lending or borrowing. The name of each Lender or Borrower will appear in the Loan Contract. The identity of each Hive Funding Member will not be disclosed to any other Hive Funding Member, except where it is necessary to do so as part of court or other enforcement proceedings for the recovery under any Loan Contract.
2. If you want to exercise a right to repay early under the Loan Conditions (which you may do so free of any charge, except interest payable to the date of repayment), please email us at contactus@Hive Funding.com .
3. If you miss a loan repayment, or find yourself in financial difficulties and you believe you cannot afford to repay the amount due under any of your Loan Contracts, you should contact us as soon as possible by email to contactus@Hive Funding.com. We will do the following:
explain the procedures we will apply and your options;
a. tell you if your account is being passed to the Collections Agency.
4. You should tell Hive Funding or the Collections Agency, as the case may be, when your circumstances change in a way that may adversely impact your ability to repay the amount due under any of your Loan Contracts.
5. If your relationship with Hive Funding or the Collections Agency has broken down, this will be included in the information supplied to the credit reference agencies. You should be aware that this may have serious consequences for your ability to get credit in the future.
6. Subject to the provisions of paragraph 8 and 9 of these Principles, if a Borrower fails to pay the full amount of each repayment then due and payable in relation to the Loan Contracts such that a total value of four months of arrears have accumulated, each relevant Lender hereby assigns to P2PS Limited his or her right title and interest in each Loan Contract with that Borrower on the 28th consecutive day after receiving in My Hive Funding notice of the borrower's failure to pay the equivalent of 120 consecutive days' of repayments provided that the Lender, by notice in writing to the Managing Director of P2PS Limited prior to the expiry of the 28 day notice period, may either decline to proceed with the assignment, or commence good faith negotiations with P2PS Limited.
7. You agree that any Loan Contract(s) that you have agreed via the Hive Funding Markets and which you have insured under a Hive Funding Capital Guarantee Insurance policy shall be assigned by you to the insurer named in the policy document in the event that any Borrower fails to pay the full amount of each repayment then due and payable in relation to the Loan Contract(s) such that a total value of four months of arrears have accumulated.
8. You agree that any loan contract made under the HIVE FUNDING PRIME Listing Scheme will be assigned to P2PS Limited under clause 6.7, save that P2PS Limited shall pay to the Lender for the assignment of the Lender's right title and interest in each Hive Funding PRIME Loan Contract with that Borrower equal to no less than 50% of the total amount then outstanding.
9. Upon assignment of the the debt to P2PS Limited, P2PS Limited will commence actions to recover the outstanding debt and any sums recovered by P2PS Limited will be returned to the relevant Lender subject to deduction of a due proportion of the costs of recovery represented by that Lender's original loan to the entire amount loaned.

5. The Hive Funding Member's Accounts
0. We will hold in the Hive Funding Members' Lending Account the amounts you wish to lend, including amounts you have lent but have not yet been disbursed to the Borrower through the Lending Platform. These will be recorded as a credit to your Hive Funding Wallet which you can see by logging on to My Hive Funding. These amounts are held by us on trust. In the event that interest is earned on any amounts held in the Hive Funding Members' Account, we shall apportion such interest amongst the Hive Funding members on whose money this interest has accrued by crediting their respective Hive Funding Wallets accordingly on a monthly basis. We shall not keep any interest earned for our own account. The perpetuity period of any trust created pursuant to these Principles shall be 80 years.
1. All payments by Lenders to Borrowers will be made through the Hive Funding Members' Lending Account.
2. As a Borrower, you make your repayments due under Loan Contracts by direct debit to the Hive Funding Members' Repayment Account, which results in an initial credit and debit to your Hive Funding Wallet, and then a credit in each relevant Lender's Hive Funding Wallet.
3. If you are a Lender, you can request through My Hive Funding the transfer of any amount you hold in your Hive Funding Wallet to your Nominated Account at any time, other than amounts that are the subject of matched offers and have not yet been disbursed to the Borrower and any accrued, but uncharged, fees. If a Loan Contract is found to be void under Principles 5.6 and 5.12 the amount you have lent under that Loan Contract will show in My Hive Funding as being available for you to re-offer on the Lending Platform or transfer to your Nominated Account as you see fit.
4. If your Hive Funding Wallet has funds in it and there has been no activity on the account for 18 months, at our discretion we will transfer those funds to your Nominated Account, or pay those funds to you by means of a cheque to your last known place of residence.

6. Hive Funding Charges
0. Each time you make a successful Confirmed Bid or Listing to borrow money using the Lending Platform we may charge you a fee of £118.50. We may waive or reduce this fee from time to time for promotional purposes or as we see fit. While we have no plans at all to increase the fee, we reserve the right to do so at any time, but only do after first changing the Hive Funding Principles and showing the increased fee as part of the borrowing process that produces any Loan Contract on which the increased fee is levied (so you have the right not to proceed with that loan if you do not want to pay a higher fee).
1. When you apply for a Confirmed Bid or Listing to borrow money using the Lending Platform, you have the option to request for the loan amount to be disbursed to you as a Fast-Track payment using the CHAPS service. This service costs [QuickPayFee]. Where the Confirmed Bid or Listing is successful and you have requested a CHAPS payment, Hive Funding will deduct this fee amount from the amount that will be disbursed to you (the total amount you have borrowed less our fee). This is an entirely optional service whose cost is payable to Hive Funding Limited. It is not included in the APR calculation (unlike the Hive Funding fee) as it is an optional charge.
2. As a Lender service fee, we may deduct one per cent (1%) of the loan principal outstanding to others under your Loan Contracts, except those under which payments have been missed and are not yet up to date. We may waive or reduce this fee from time to time for promotional purposes or as we see fit. While we have no plans at all to increase this fee, we reserve the right to do so at any time, but only do after first changing the Hive Funding Principles and showing the increased fee as part of the process of offering to lend money at Hive Funding (so you have the right not to proceed with that loan if you do not want to pay a higher fee).
3. We may also earn commission on the sale of any Hive Funding Repayment Protection insurance policy that you may choose to purchase through us.
4. If you are late in making payment, the Collections Agency reserves the right to charge you an administration fee for the work they do in attempting to collect your repayments. The fee will be based on a percentage of the amount that is overdue to your Hive Funding lenders, including any interest that accrues on overdue amounts. The percentages that will be applied are based on the market your loan is allocated to:
A* - 15%
A or B - 20%
C, Y or Listings - 25%
Where a field agent has been employed as part of the collections process - 40%.
The Collections Agency reserves the right to change the percentage charged, which Hive Funding has no control over.
5. Other fees or charges that may be charged by the Collections Agency are:
Tracing charges (finding you if we can't contact you) - £25
Charges for document retrieval and copying up to 20 pages - £35
Debt counselling service (if you fall into arrears and we can't contact you) - £80
