first open SSMS ( sql server management studio)
then in connect to server window, select SERVER TYPE as INTEGRATION SERVICE
then in server name type your integration service name, usually this is same as your machine name
then hit connect
after connection, under MSDB, under stored packages you can find your packages and right click on them and execute them.

now what step you have problem exactly?

I have SQL Express on my machine, I cannot run any of the packages since it needs SQL Integration Services.

Is any way I can Install Just Integration service component.

Thanks,

sql express doesn't include integration service,

but you can install only Integration service on your machine, for this you need another edition of sql server ( standard - enterprise ... and not express )

just put sql server dvd into the drive and in installation wizard select Integration Services
If this is only for testing/development purpose i.e. not for production, then you could install use the SQL Server Developer Edition: http://www.microsoft.com/sqlserver/2008/en/us/developer.aspx

You could use the xp_cmdshell to execute the dtexec.exe (ssis command utility) from within Express

Example:
EXEC xp_cmdshell 'dtexec /FILE "c:\..path..\<>.dtsx" /MAXCONCURRENT " -1 " /CHECKPOINTING OFF  /REPORTING EWCDI'
