Polycom viavideo installation on windows 7

The viavideo software will not install media player 9 that viavideo wants and viavideo does not recognize indows 7's media player.

Any ideas on how to install this software on windows 7 or get the polycom viavideo to work on windows 7?

I was not aware I had posted twice until I saw you comments. When I tried to submit the website complained I had only selected one area and said I should select more than one to get more input. When I said to submit anyway it took me back to the screen to submit the question so I supposed it was not submitted and I clicked submit question. Seemed odd at the time. This has happened before and the question was only submitted once. I am not sure what happened this time.

I have contacted polycom and they said they do not support W7. End of discussion for them.

I have tried to install XP mode on windows 7 and it trashed my machine. I am rebuilding and will try again after imaging. I will get back to you with the results.
To clarify the problem: The driver for the Polycom is not in W7 and the software to use it will not install without WMP 9. It looks like installing XP mode is my only hope.
XP compatibility mode does not see the polycom either, but thanks for the input
Thanks
