Outlook 2007 sends messages in batches

Our business uses Quickbooks Pro 2009 to do pay stubs. We use MIcrosoft Outlook 2007 to send these to everyone. After Quickbooks exports the messages to Outlook, only three messages will send. I've tried the send/receive many times and they still sit in the outbox. Then if I close Outlook and reopen it, after doing the send/receive it will send three more messages. I have to repeat the process for the rest of the messages. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

I don't believe so. We send mass messages a lot, but without attachments. I don't know if that would affect why they won't send or not. I will try an Office Repair and let you know the status.
Thanks. While I am here, also try a QuickBooks repair. Find with Windows and Explorer the file called reboot.bat in the Intuit Program folder. Open a command prompt, navigate to that folder and run reboot. That repairs QuickBooks. ... Thinkpads_User
