Watchguard setup with Comcast modem

I had just purchased a watchguard xtm 21-w and want to it up but am having a difficult time.  I have gone through the wizard and put in all the correct parameters but I cannot connect to the internet.  I have a static IP with comcast 99.99.99.91 and have it working with my linksys router.  I can connect to the internet that way but want to remove the linksys wireless and put in this new firewall.  Are there policies that need to be but into place to get the internet working.  The external IP for the firewall is 99.99.99.91/29 and gateway is 99.99.99.96.  ETH1 is default at 10.0.1.1.  I have the comcast modem plugged into ETH0 (External) and the lan line plugged int ETH1.

Are you able to ping the watchguard from a connected machine?

Yes, but I can't ping the intenet from the watchguard or the connected machine.  I can get into firewall from the webui.
Have you tried bridging the modem or at least turning off the NAT to see if it is preventing you from connecting?
I don't see a place where you can bridge the comcast modem and NAT is turned off already.  I can get to the internet when I have my linksys plugged in but once I unplug it and hook up the firewall is can't get to the internet.
I can also get to the INET if I plug my laptop straight into the comcast Business IP Gateway modem
