I installed the dummy certificate, I configured the server , I am getting<br />

As I mentioned I have used the tniemetz comments to get the concept of it. In my situation, I have oracle wallet manger in place that I have to use to generate the certificate for which I did research on google and found the following link which solved my whole issue<br />
