Do you have the Conditional Sum Wizard add-in installed?

yes - I'm considering a repair on the 2003 Excel.

You can open excel 2003 in excel 2007 also 2007 excel can be save in 2003 format hence no need to install 2003.
Unless you actually need the add-in, I'd just uninstall it.
