Cannot see emails in sent items' folder. Notes 8.02

Hi Guys,

Just a pretty weird issue that I am having with a user here.
When she tries to access her sent items, she cannot see all the emails. However, you can see them in the preview pane.
She also has access to multiple mailboxes on her client and can view the other mailboxes' sent items.
I have deleted cache.ndk and restarted the client and applied fp5 as well but to no avail.
I dont know if it is a colour setting or something like that.

I'm taking a shot in the dark here but:

I had a user who had the same issue and after 2 techs and half hour later someone walked up and said "oh you've got a display filter that's hiding all the sent items"

He went "view" and changed something really fast and walked away.

Hope that can get you on the right track.

I will have a look at that and see how it goes.

I have fixed the issue.
You'll have to go to View==>Customize this view and restore to default.
